Austin Kent | CEO
Austin co-founded Kent Development in 2016 while still in college, at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. Throughout college and since graduating, Austin used his entrepreneurial mind to launch multiple successful start-ups in the Tech, Fitness/Wellness, and hospitality industries. His main focus is identifying future investments and growing Kent development in the Texas market. Austin has been at the forefront ground up development, commercial renovations, and has brokered the sale of several residential and land assets.

Brian Kent | COO
As Kent Development co-founder, Brian oversees all items related to construction operations. With more than 25 years of construction experience, including both Residential and Commercial, Brian has had hands-on experience in a wide variety of roles including Superintendent, Project Manager, VP of Operations, and Director of Construction. To date, Brian has delivered over 12,000 units of housing during his impressive career – ranging from single-family dwellings to 10-story mid-rise apartments. As a result, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge, excellent oversight, and continual success to every project, from pre-construction through close-out.
